I started on <b>post-training</b> as part of the <a href="https://openai.com/index/chatgpt/">small team that created ChatGPT</a>. I later shifted to <b>mid-training</b> execution as overall tech lead of <a href="https://openai.com/index/gpt-4o-mini-advancing-cost-efficient-intelligence/">GPT-4o mini</a>, and then <b>pre-training</b> team science, co-leading the <a href="https://openai.com/index/gpt-4o-system-card/">GPT-4o</a> pretraining bigrun. In my last act at OpenAI, I had the pleasure of innovating on <b>architecture research</b>, landing an inference efficiency win in collaboration with the London unit of OpenAI&rsquo;s Training team, of which I was TLM.</p></description></item></channel></rss>
